First off, spell check says roommate is not a word.

Second, besides craigslist, where do you go to find a roommate? I think I was gonna post in here in classifieds, but I don't really want any of you crazy fucks living in my huge house in 5 points with me. Anyway, any ideas for where else to look?

I typically look for friends, whom i know fairly well, but am not that close to. Ones that have a few mutual friends so that i know they aren't bringing crazy people over all the time, but not too many people i know all the time over. Definitely no one that i've ever partied regularly, but i get along with most people in any environment so... good luck idk how picky you are.

Roommates.com works great! I recently made a best friend through that site, though I ended up finding a roommate through craigslist (that roommate ended up being a cokehead and had to go to rehab after 4 weeks of living together).

His coke prob was pretty bad. He went to rehab in March and he's currently in a halfway house in Tennessee. But he was a good roommate while he lasted!
