What language? I could do it in AS2, but it will 1/2 your performance. Which means nothing if you're just having something popup...

AS3 is a bear. They took a beautiful scripting language and turned it into a programming language. As if the 4-5 I have to keep tabs on already weren't enough.

Eh, I'll just edit. Did you look it up on Creative COW yet? They'll have what you want.

PeachPit would be a last ditch, not too fond of them though.
