I briefly dated a 35 year old when I was 25. It seemed really cool at first. She was laid back, had plenty of loot whereas I was just starting to accumulate loot, and seemed pretty self confident.

Then I forgot that she asked me if I wanted to grab dinner one night, never responded with a "yes or no"; typical male forgetfulness. Not a big deal IMO. Instead of calling and being like "You wanna go out or not" she had a mini-freakout via e-mail. I assumed that was the tip of the iceberg in terms of craziness and dropped her.

Some people get better at relationships with each relationship they are in. Others are just crazy. You won't know until you try it whether the girl you're seeing got better with age or is just batshit crazy.

^^^^^Yeah...I know what condoms prevent. I've also known at least half of these "on the pill" girls also ended up not being on the pill...or they were taking it irregularly. Definitely not saying that's the case all the time...but BC is very effective.

^^^I always use a condom on random hookups mainly for that reason. It sounds stupid, but I can deal with a surprise baby with a girl I'm really serious about...that, and I trust girlfriends when they say they're on the pill. And condoms have many purposes...one of them is to make sex be less awesome.

Sure...I'd be a little disappointed...but I don't think I'd freak out. My life is pretty stable as it is right now and I already had one of those baby scares years ago when my life was way out of whack and I didn't freak out that much.

I'd confirm that they were pregnant and it was in fact mine

If they checked out, I'd spend the next few weeks doing everything in my power convincing her to get an abortion

If she refused, I would seriously consider kicking her in the stomach, suplexing her onto a hard surface, or pushing her down the stairs, but ultimately I wouldn't act on any of those urges

If I deemed in inevitable that she was dead set on having the kid, I would write her a check for 50,000 dollars and give her an ultimatum

If she still persisted, I would move back up to NJ and cut off all ties
