be careful with oxy, it's really easy to overdose and not know it because it has no APAP so the stomach pains don't happen.

I was on 60mg Oxy and 120mg Morphine ER when I was at my last pain clinic, but I have gotten off most opiates except 10mg Vicodin a day.
