When I was 'bouncing' for this year's Annual College of Engineering Welcome, I scared a bunch of freshmen when I stopped them from leaving and they called me 'sir'.

I've also been called 'Professor' once by a student in my E101 class

Haha, I told my students not to call me sir, because I wasn't bald or sporting gray hair.
Well, the college students. When I was teaching middle school, I was sir to all of them.

I was actually asking him about his car. He drove a car that looked nearly identical to one my dad had when I was little. It wasn't a common car, and I was asking if it was local, if he knew who owned it originally.

His expression was one of "OH SHIT, what did I do?"

And, yes it did make me feel a little old. I wept on the inside. I chose to ignore it

I was mistaken for a 40-year-old when I was 19. That lady sure felt stupid when I told her I wasn't even old enough to buy a beer.
