well it's a variety of charges. sometimes they dont tell u the charges at the end of the show, sometimes they tell u after the segment w/that person. but i think u actually find out the sentencing and stuff at the end.

Using a computer to communicate lewd acts with a minor
Sending adult-oriented communications to a minor
Using technology to commit a felony

It's all state-law based. It's usually a charge for showing up, a charge for the communication, and then a third charge for using a computer to conduct the communication.

It's more like this:

If you shoot someone, you get charged for malicious wounding... and, if the statutes aren't combined, you can also get hit with using a firearm to commit a felony... and, in some jurisdictions, another for unlawful discharge of a firearm.
