I was thinking every dorm has a out-box beside the mailboxes though... In sullivan it was in the little hallway beside the boxes.

Lee and Bragaw don't have outboxes--I'll check Sullivan. I might just go tailgate into U-Towers and use theirs.

I'm not anti-online, it's just that NCSU's E-Bill system is terrible, and I'm Jewish enough to not want to pay a processing fee online.

Most dorms don't take outgoing mail since USPS decided that the campus was a mail stop in itself and no longer services the dorms with carriers. Any outside blue drop box would be okay though.
