i don't know why i called it a laser mouse, maybe because that just sounds awesome and it was 4:00:04 AM

but it's an optical mouse that emits red light (i'm assuming from an LED, not laser source), and if i direct the laser pointer that BIGcementpon so graciously gave me up into the little receiver in just the right way, i can control the cursor on the screen fairly predictably
