i believe in discouraging negative behaviors, not individual users. if a behavior is deemed harmful to the community, they will be asked to refrain from that behavior. i also believe in not holding grudges. if they oblige, they are welcome back. but sometimes people are unwilling or unable to change, and in that rare case, they will not be permitted to participate. to the best reasonable ability of the mods to enforce that.

I'm glad you are in charge, qntm. If i were, i wouldnt regulate shit...Itd be like mad max, or better yet, Mad Max 2. You are looking out for the better of the bunch as a whole.

I personally like RD better than bubblebobble...i actually kind of hate bubblebobble (i'm mad), but the guy behind him is fine, so i will have to live.
