all of my guys this year are first year wrestlers, but i have a few who have the mentality. I also have a few who are still struggling to master the half nelson.

yea its gonna be rough, keep em goin to tournaments if you can


im sure you know what to do and have a good development plan

but tournaments are important, have em wrestlin as much as possible because in them damn duals you never know u might have guys that never get to wrestle cuz none of the teams have a guy at that weight yet your guy may not be good enough to beat the guy above or below his class to start and thats the dude that needs to get experience the most

also, do you know of any wrestling clubs for children in Wake (besides dynamic) or durham counties, we have a a coach that was olympic alternate named Austen that was askin about this hes new to the area from OK
