people with allergies...what meds do you use?when i was about 7 or 8 i started getting them.so bad i was rushed to urgent care because i was sneezing so much i was starting to asphyxiate i ended up taking almost 7-8 years of allergy shots.once a week.in the arm.never really had a problem since... until about a month ago.it's ridiculous and im not sure what its from (it was pollen when i was little, im sure thats not it now )the only thing that seems to work is claratin dbut that stuff jacks me up. i wake up every morning about 5 am and have to put a wet rag over my fave so i can breathe

heat = me having trouble breathing. hot air that's not from a nice summer day = stopped up nose. of course the cold ass air that's outside now = runny ass nose all the time, but at least i can fucking breathe.

^ YEAH I can second what he said.I got the allergy test a few years ago, they gave me the small one and nothing responded. Then they gave the larger (30 something?) one and only one thing responded but it turned red and swole up huge meaning I am seriously allergic to that one thing. My allergy was dust mites which are pretty much everywhere, the thing I learned though is by getting as much cloth as possible out of my house (carpet, curtains, use leather furniture vs cloth etc) I can avoid them a lot. They told me to keep my house cool in the summer to keep humidity down and to get all of the carpet off the slab my house is built on (that's a breeding ground for them)All of this worked great until recently. I think the humidity might be high in my house I am going to try a dehumidifier in my bedroom next.
