I'm actually doing resolutions this year. They are:Get a 4.0 since it's my last semester.Be healthier.Be happier.
12/14/2009 11:24:08 PM
i figured out my resolutionhere in houston there are people at stop lights constantly either begging for money or collecting money for suspect organizations. its really hard to tell who is in actual need and who got a coffee tin and printed up some colorful flyers so my resolution is that for every person i see asking for money on the side of the road, i will donate $1 to the charity of my choice at the end of the year. i have to keep a mileage book in my car so i'll just keep track in thereand if i see the same person more than once it only counts as 1, so long as i remember seeing them before
12/18/2009 2:43:15 PM
That will last a month, month and a half topsIt would be easier just to ballpark it on a weekly average8 people a week = 400 bucksThe journal sounds like a good idea in principle, but 365 days is a long time to keep notes for
12/18/2009 2:47:25 PM
its not really journaling, its just making a notch in the notebook i already keep handy to record mileageand i have to report mileage monthly so i'll just keep a running tally on a monthly basistrust me, you have a lot of free time while sitting in traffic in houston[Edited on December 18, 2009 at 2:49 PM.
