...doesn't really matter, because it's all fucking gross.

It's like naming a particular type of food-poisoning induced diarrhea as "the best".

^^^ I love you Christine, but I know the sorts of things you do like. Other than your husband (no homo) your taste is generally in question

i make Lipton 5 bags to a half gallon and pour it into an old bojangles half gallon jug after a day of steeping for that strong tea flavor, not just sugar and brown

beats the shit out of bojangles fake tea

ahahaha, I just noticed that. The Milo's in my fridge doesn't have that, so I can't speak for that version, but the regular is about an 8/10

I agree with the Smithfield's choice.

PS: I also agree with this:

Some people act like it's so good. Their tea tastes like somebody poured cigarette butts in it to me.

^i agree, well not really about cigarettes, but everybody swears bojangles is the best shit ever. i mean it's good, but it's really not as good as Chick-fil-A or McDonalds.. maybe other places but those two stand out to me

BoJ's is definitely not the best tea (to me.) However, to old people apparently it's the heat. My grandpa claims that's 'how his momma made it.' Whatever, the Chik-fil-a in town makes good tea followed by the Mexican restaurant and Taco Bell (who will give you the 56oz or whatever that huge cup is for 99c).

^ LOL

Let's talk strong tea flavor to sweetness ratio. This must be correct.

Agreed. The biggest problem with BoJos is that it is inconsistent. The one in Apex used to get it RIGHT back in HS. Recently though . . . not so much.

^ You have pinpointed a major problem with finding great sweet tea: consistency. In fact, it's probably the most important tea-related issue for a restaurant.

I find the sweet tea at Cook Out on Western to be very consistent.

^^I find that too. I also agree with the McDonald's/Chik-Fil-A statement above.

I can't stand Smithfield's tea.

I like my tea on the low-sugar side, and Smithfields is like 9 parts sugar to 1 part tea it seems.
