Would you go to prison?

It's a possibility.

I actually have a better chance of going to prison for doing an excellent job as opposed to fucking up

If I notarize a document that I didn't properly witness I could go to jail

One guy here had to serve 6 months a few years back, right when I was starting...when he came back he got a Willis Reed welcome

Another guy got off on a charge that could have seen him do up to 10 years, but more realistically 3-5

I'm not on there level, but there's been a few instances where I had to ask myself if it was worth it

ITAR compliance for me

Plus that whole security clearance thing

But those are easy...

I could get locked up pretty quickly for certifying something to be air/sea/road worthy when its not.

My risks primarily stem from the potential failure to comply with OFAC and/or SAS 70 regulations

Is that good or bad? I don't understand the reference, is it about the basketball player?
