Today, the cafeteria is offering a themed Chanukah lunch. For the low price of $6.29, I just got

5-6 slices of slow-roasted beef brisket
1/4 roasted chicken
potato latkes
cous-cous salad
apple-raisin cole slaw
steamed vegetables
AND a slice of sweet egg bread with strawberry jam

Amazing. It feels like about 3 pounds of food. I'm feasting.

Seriously, this is awesome. It's all really good, too; the brisket and chicken are both moist and nicely seasoned, the cous-cous isn't dried out at all. My opinion of our food vendor just went way up.

^^ Look, if it was barbecue day, brisket would not make an appearance on my plate, because pulled pork is made of win. But this is a feast of the food of God's chosen people, and they apparently don't go for Teh Swine. This brisket is badass.
