in the workplace i have found that i get ahead bc i ask the correct questions and stand up for my opinions. people respect the hell out of someone who cares enough to ask and then also is confident. I think this goes for the workplace, and also relationships

everyone goes through some sort of phase of their life where they realize there is some sort of out of control drama. the solution is pinpointing the problem and distancing yourself from it. granted you'll never be completely void of drama. dramatic people are like roaches, they're hiding everywhere even if you can't see them. you just have to know when someone is trying to start shit to be like, "yeah sorry i dont want to be involved. find someone else" and walk away.
