if she's girly you can get her a nice gift card for a massage and then buy her something like like a nice clutch. i know some girls are into really expensive bags but you can find some really nice clutches for under $100.

i love fun colored stones and you can typically find them inexpensive. big "cocktail ring" type jewelry in yellow gold is very popular right now.

there's a place called Kerry Katherine @ North Hills Mall that makes custom jewelry and a bunch of their SS stuff is half off right now. I got some very well-received earrings there that we're pretty baller and didn't set me back that much at all.

ok we're off to a good start. you can do a massage package but i would suggest you get something else (like an actual gift so she has something to open and show on christmas). if you know some of her favorite stores, you can get her something nice from there (a purse, scarf, a top she might have pointed out that she liked).

Fabrik in Cameron Village is a great place. they have reasonably priced clothes that are trendy and the girls who work there are AWESOME.
