^ take that flank steak, lay it flat, fill it with breadcrumbs, parmesan/pecorino romano cheese, garlic, or whatever the hell else you feel like

roll that shit up, butchers twine it

sear on all sides in a heavy pot or dutch oven

add some of your favorite pasta sauce, braise the meat in it for an hour and a half

make some noodles


the most complicated part is rolling up the flank steak, its pretty simple. and delicious.
