shanghai express delivers and is open really late. the food isn't that good, but they deliver and they're open really late, so what do you expect?

shanghai express will not substitute lo mein for rice with their combos. not even for an extra charge. they just refuse. how much sense does that make?

I had some chinese at the philly airport last week, and was amazed that it was significantly worse than shanghai express

Also, there's a pretty good place on Peace Street just past Capital in Seaboard Station. Though, it was slightly more expensive and the portions were slightly smaller).

Of course, neither of these places deliver. But I usually don't mind just calling ahead and then going to pick it up.

Peace China is pretty good, I had some potstickers from there awhile ago and they were damn tasty.
