wait.... wouldn't this be an important safety measure? I mean, sign it and do whatever anyway. If some drunken dude hits you your funeral is on the house...
12/29/2009 10:21:36 PM
what about the people they kill while drunk driving?
12/29/2009 10:22:12 PM
i think this would just encourage people to NOT think about the repercussions of drinking and driving. cause now they can be like, well hey my fam won't have to pay the funeral costs...holllaaaa
12/29/2009 10:27:52 PM

they interviewed the owner on npr today. he's been doing this for a couple years, but said no one has ever signed the contract. its really more of a drunk driving psa then anything. you people should get over yourselves.

COME ON GUYS....I SIGNED THAT PROM NIGHT CONTRACT BULLSHIT
12/30/2009 1:22:48 AM

12/30/2009 1:23:17 AM
He had girls sign a thing that said they were going to fuck him on prom night, and he'd give them a free abortion if they got pregnant.
12/30/2009 1:32:26 AM
Seems like this would be a good thing for people wanting to commit suicide. Just sign it, hit a semi head on after a few beers on NYE and you dont stick your loved ones with the bill.
12/30/2009 1:36:06 AM
If suicidal people were that considerate of others we'd have a lot more cases of someone mailing letters to their next of kin and lawyer as well as pinning one on them self that expressly granted permission to use all their organs, then shooting themselves in the head in front of the hospital.

12/30/2009 10:35:26 AM
If someone was smart and was dying of cancer or something and had <30 days to live, they would be smart to take advantage of this and save their family several thousand
12/30/2009 10:38:10 AM
what if you sign the contract and end up not drinking and driving?is there some sort of penalty for that?
12/30/2009 10:40:59 AM
I thought VW had the "sign n drive" thing on lock down:
12/30/2009 11:05:48 AM
