I take down the Festivus pole right at on New Year's Day. I'll wipe it down with terryclotch and then store it in the attic until next year.

I haven't taken mine down yet because I haven't had time. I am going to try to take the ornaments off tonight. Not sure when I'll finish deconstructing it though.

Usually take it down the 2nd weekend of January, or later if I'm lazy. But mine's an artificial tree so it's just disassembly, not disposal.

Maybe I'm just "crazy" enough to believe in this "Christ-mass" thing and want to keep the tree and creche up until after Epiphany. 20+C+M+B+10.

i think the xmas lights at my apt are staying up. they're on the walls of the living room and they're blue. my mom would probably say they're tacky but she keeps the xmas tree until close to freaking Valentines Day so she has no room to talk.

Frosh,

I can only reply by asserting that should you ascribe to such an extent of biblical positivism, it is you who are inveigled by a cult.

Well, I suppose I could have replied: "Consider yourself officially called out, you faggot!"

hehehehe

Ours is still up but it's plastic so I guess it doesn't matter.
