well you could be like this guy:

"only watched a bit of this. That's all I need. Been on a campus lately? The overwhelming majority of students are spoiled kids there on Daddy's dime. They haven't a clue, just poor attitude. Conversely, I & others like me, worked our as*es off to be, & stay there. All of which was laughed @by punk kids who spend their time poisoning their Livers, & taking up space. 1700 a year die? Good. Fuq 'em."

I just looked up the Gordie Bailey case they were talking about in the movie:

http://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/3796822/detail.html

I wonder how many times that has happened.

Some kid in a body bag with "Bitch" scrawled across his forehead and an ink drawing of a penis coming out of his mouth...

yep Salvia has been illegal for about 2 weeks, the owner of Kitsch said it was hilarious because if you are caught selling it the fine is only $25. So I don't think you have much to worry about.

you can still grow it for gardens

it is the strongest naturally occurring hallucinogen, stronger than peyote.

The downside is the small length of time it works, but it is literally like good bye world and you better have a sitter with you.

"Although salvia is not regulated under the Controlled Substances Act, some American states, including Delaware, Louisiana, Missouri, Ohio and others, have passed their own laws.[16] Several other states have proposed legislation against salvia, including Alabama, Alaska, California, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Many of these proposals have not made it into law, with motions having failed, stalled or otherwise died, for example at committee review stages."

was signed into law by Governor Bev Perdue on August 28th, 2009 and came into effect Dec 1st, 2009. The bill makes it unlawful to manufacture, sell, deliver, or possess Salvia divinorum. A violation of the law on the first or second offense is subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). On a third or subsequent offense the person is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. There is an exception that the law does not apply to (1) employees or contractors of any accredited college or school of medicine or pharmacy at a public or private university in North Carolina while performing medical or pharmacological research for such institution or to (2) possession, planting, cultivation, growing, or harvesting of a plant strictly for aesthetic, landscaping, or decorative purposes."
