unzip that to a folder and run "loop.bat"

it'll make a request and then sleep for 2 seconds, looping infinitely.

I can get something like 30 votes a minute with the following method:

First, you need Firefox. If you don't have it, get the dick out of your ass and get it. I even have it, and I use Chrome 99% of the time.

1) Use CTRL+SHIFT+P to open up a private windows
2) Take the link evan provided (http://www.kiplinger.com/tools/colleges/vote.php?college=26&submit=vote&x=40&y=10) and use CTRL+V to paste it into the address bar (when you use CTRL+SHIFT+P, it the cursor will be in the address bar, so just hit CTRL+V).
3) Let the page load and hit CTRL+SHIFT+P again to exit out of private mode
4) Use CTRL+SHIFT+P to re-enter it.
5) Rinse and repeate

Unlike Google Chrome (in the build I'm using) or Opera, when you hit CTRL+SHIFT+P to exit out of private mode, your cookies are purged. For Chrome and Opera, you have actually quit the browser. A pain in the ass I've found out.
