if they packpeddled into the oline, by rule, the oline couldn't block them. Then, they could randomly turn around and get by the oline for the surprise sack. If they ever thought they were about to get blocked, just turn around again. It would be like playing the game at chuck e cheese where you hit the heads as they pop up.

The rule against blocking in the back only applies in the open field. It is perfectly fine to block someone in the back on the line.
