Sweet Pickle Mustard (Glaze/Marinade/Condiment)

pickle juice (sweet, dill, hot, etc., even a little sauerkraut juice is good)
sugar
dry mustard powder
------------------
boil enough sugar with juice until thick
cool
add mustard powder to taste

...great for grilled chicken, a hamburger condiment, etc.

Marinate boneless skinless chicken breast with pickle juice in a ziplock bag in the fridge for a day or so. Bread and fry as normal. Makes it taste like chik-fil-a. Seriously.
