they're forced to do a very large number of pickups in a very short time period.

some blow off or whatever, is going to happen.

they wont have time to clean up.

blame the company that picks up your trash for trying to turn profits

or the city for cutting budgets

I take my own garbage, but mainly out of necessity. Living out in the county means curbside collection is like twice the price of in the city. So I just bring mine in and throw it in the dumpster at work.

Yeah I can't see ever paying someone to pick up my trash. Just take it into town with u in the truck and throw it in a random dumpster. I'd have to be making 6 figures to pay someone to do that.
