My unemployment appeal is supposed to be tomorrow morning and it's already been pushed back 3 times since October

The ESC offices in Durham and Smithfield are closed but that's it. IF I IRON THIS SHIRT AND WAKE UP AT LIKE 5AM AND ITS CANCELLED I WILL RAGE.

btw the burden lies with my employer cause i won initially so i'm just trying to get this done so i can clear my good name and i won't have to write "dismissed for misconduct" on applications

got up at 6:30 to drive in the ice and make it on time, the freaking hearing official AND the employer didn't show up but apparently that doesn't help me at all and they're just going to reschedule AGAIN

Coworker (Navigator, written up more times than i can count, written up day in question actually, been there about a year)
