Apparently no one was enforcing it in September when I went out with my sister and her dog to some restaurants downtown lol.

I'm came off really bitchy here because I was, in fact, being bitchy.

But seriously, yeah, they passed the law, and TWW debated it and got pissed off and stuff. I don't know if it was passed by September or not, but it wouldn't surprise me if restaurants didn't bother to enforce it if it was passed in September.

I'm glad you posted this thread because I think a lot of people will be happy to find out about this new potential rule change!
