does this every day, even if its 20 degrees. she'll push the baby around my apartment complex for around 3 hours every day, then spend about an hour or two poolside taking a nap. even if its 20 degrees. its really weird but she must have some reason for keeping her baby out in the cold for so long, especially since she does it every day. the only thing i could think of was the idea of exposing her baby to cold temps early so that she is more cold-tolerant. ideas? she seems really weird and its starting to bother me.
