I don't qualify for this thread but I don't care because I'm substantially taller than all you assholes.

Grumpy has a fair point. If I was like 6' 2"+ I would hope that I wouldn't be a rail. I don't know what a decent non-fatty ratio would be though.

Don't get me wrong, I'm pretty fat, even for a guy who is 6'6".

Note to self. When I have the great fortune of finally meeting Mr. Grumpy, be sure to make him well aware that he is correct no matter what he may say!

6'4" here. i hover between 190 and 195. i guess i look pretty thin, but i don't really look like a rail. broad shoulders and a decently developed chest help. /shrug

I've said this several times, but I still don't understand why this bothers people so much. I've never weighed 150 either and I've never wanted to weigh more, ever. I am only 5'9", but I weigh what I do (~140) mainly because I keep a low body fat % /stay in shape. I am in the gym doing weights ~4 days a week with cardio worked in on those days plus the other days usually so I am definitely not a rail.

If you were just super skinny with no muscle at all I could see you wanting to put some muscle on. But even then I would think your main focus would be "wish I was stronger/had more visible muscle mass" and that the weight would just be something that came with that and not the primary goal. I dono. Who knows though, maybe you're like 6'2 or something and still <150, I don't know you, but I see guys say stuff like this all the time who look pretty normal to me.

180 at last measure. 5'10" - honestly don't understand how you guys my height can be so little, either.

Maybe it's an age thing. I go to the gym and run a lot. I've got a little chub around the gut, but everywhere else is pure lean (or in the case of my legs, large) muscle.

Im 6'3 and I usually hover just around the 200-205 mark. I would guess on days I dont eat much and take a huge dump there are periods I may sneak just below though
