A friend of mine does this and she says it works wonders...... for those of you who dont know what this is its where you massage oil into your face and then steam it out with a hot/warm towel... or something like that. This seems counter-intuitive. Anyone here tried this crazy method ?

I used to do it. Will probably start doing it again once I'm back in the States.

I know, it's a fairly disgusting thought, read this post (as Fail Boat)http://www.thewolfweb.com/message_topic.aspx?topic=562203&page=2for some background.I've decided I'm some sort of allergic to soaps or its just that my skin is so absolutely dry that they trigger the bumps I mention in that long ass post. Forever, I assumed it was more related to shaving and I quit shaving this past winter and was just using clippers. Well, I was still getting bumps (not quite as bad, but not great). The last thing to try was to cut out soap. So I stopped washing my face a couple months ago while maintaining the beard trimming. The bumps more or less stopped, and when I get them, they go away quicker.I finally shaved my face over the weekend, no soap, so I'm eager to see if I have any trouble.
