i have to sort through EOBs and bitch someone out about why something or other wasn't covered or submitted properly
it's bothersome

a good friend was in a serious car accident and while trying to go through all the medical shit with insurance she noticed that documents were disappearing from online as if they never got paid and it was just shady as shit. makes me hate insurance companies and wish they werent allowed get away with to do sketchy shit like that
