Thanks for screwing up my original order.

Ordered: Chicken Sandwich, Fry, and Tea.
Received: Cheese Burger, Fry, and Tea.

Went back (they were expecting me because they caught the mistake) and they gave me my whole original order and told me to keep the other. With all those fries I decided I needed a chocolate shake to dunk them in. They also gave me said shake for free.

Thanks Char-Grill for great customer service. You have made me fat and sleepy for tonight.

yeah, it's not like they can really take the food back and serve it again.

I guess I could have found the closest homeless person and gave it to them but I gave a beggar my leftover mexican food one time just to watch him walk down the road and throw it away. I was not happy

cook-out is far inferior to char grill. Not milkshakes but overall quality of food.

char-grill food >>> cook-out food
cook-out milkshakes >>> anything char-grill makes

I miss char-grill. This makes me miss it even more.

What's the skinny on opening a franchise? I could make a killing in ATL.

I don't think they do anything outside of NC.

Char-grill != Cook-Out

oh look, they have a website.

http://www.char-grillfranchise.com/

cha-ching! its not going to happen any time soon. minimum total liquidity is $200k and total net worth is $500k. damn that seems like a lot.
