someone linked me to this guy's myspace. a dude who used to live on my couch till i kicked him off. he flipped out and kept cutting my tires and stuff, so i got him arrested instead of cutting his head off

suddenly 2 years later, the DA calls me to say he is appealing his conviction and i have to go back to court. then 2 days later i get an email linking me to this.

it gives mine and my family members first and last names and goes on to say how i'm a rapist and shit (aha)

hahah i can escape it, its not like i'm really a rapist. i guess this guy has been trying to get me back for 2 years now and i just realized it. but obviously since im a good kid now, i'm just gonna sue him and get him locked up or whatever.

You need to subpoena the IP log for his my space account so he cant deny posting it. Maybe the DA will since the guy is continuing to harass a victim.
