It's at least 2-3 years old. It was a news report about a dead body being found in a house. It was discovered by an older black guy named Clarence iirc. Clarence's interview about how he found the body is hilarious. The only quote I can remember is him gasping and saying THATS A MAN!

For the life of me I haven't been able to find it since I saw it.
