but I always have a lot of sympathy for the mentally challenged

it's because intelligence and capability is really important to me

I work 1 on 1 with individuals with developmental disabilities. I actually used to work for the ARC before I moved to Raleigh. I never liked their name, but I believe they've changed it as of late.
