I really agree, when I went to prom forever ago, there were definitely more revealing dresses than that in attendance. Her's was hideous, but not crazy revealing. I'd to see what the other 17 people were wearing.

And he said the policy was that the dress couldn't be 6 inches above the knee. Her dress was short, but I don't think it was that short, I think the poofyness just made it look shorter.
