did I ever tell you guys the story about how, when I worked for a Forensic Engineering firm, I worked on a case against Hardees where one of their "chicken fillet patties" that they put on a chicken sandwich was actually a patty consisting of chicken meat and a dead rat? Somehow a rat got into the chicken meat patty press and created a patty out of the mix. the patty was then covered in breading and fried. The person who sued hardees bought the sandwich, TOOK A BITE, felt something hard, took off the top of the bun and saw a rat in their sandwich

I have sworn off of chicken sandwich patties in all shapes and forms. I will BARELY eat the chicken supremes from Bojangles, but thats it

Would be interested to find out the amount of saturated fat in it, however 540 calories is not that bad for you. It also looks like it has a lot of sodium, but it's not going to kill you.

Honestly, even if they're lowballing the calories by 200-300, it's not that big of a deal. Go to a chain sit-down restaurant's website and see how many dishes are under 1000 calories. Then out of those, count how many of them you would actually want.
