I think it's kind of cute in a really weird way. Sure it's uncomfortable to look at, but it's nice to know that a cat who was injured (I think? I forget his back story) like that is being treated so well now and seems to have a pretty good life with people who love him.

That cat makes me teary eyed son. Even though she's not in pain, it is just sad to imagine what happened to her.
