yeah, it doesn't bother me very much. i might itch just a little, but if i take a shower i'm good to go. comes in handy when hunting, fishing, and doing tww yardwork jobs

Yeah I have some on my arm forearm. Seems like every year I have to learn the lesson of working in the yard with long sleves the hard way.

But I didn't get it as bad as last year, it just itched for a day or so and is now only slightly annoying. Last year it lasted for weeks and I must have spent $40 on various medications.

i haven't had it in years. i used to be really allergic and learned to avoid it. apparently i got into some last weekend while working in the yard, it just showed up today. its not terrible, just spotty over my entire forearm. the bad part is all day for every random itch I've reacted with "OMG more poison ivy?!?!"

I don't react to it.

Once when I was younger I tried to get it, simply because both my brothers had it and they were getting all this attention and I felt left out...so I picked some up and started rubbing it between my hands and on my legs...nothing

It made for great summers at Lutheridge when ever on staff would get poison ivy. However, it was crappy when I was the only one that could go into the woods to get lost balls.

On two separate occasions, I've gotten it in/around my eyes and had to be driven to the doctor to get steroid pills (as my eyes were pretty much swollen shut).

That wasn't as bad as getting it on my root one time, though. That sucked. In hindsight, though, I should have taken a picture, as it was, like, the size of a Pringles can.

I don't get it either, but I learned to keep that a secret. People used to call me all the time to go pull up poison ivy.
