it's just completely and utterly absurd. knowing tim and eric, they probably got that guy off the street and told him to do something weird, and this was the result. there is no way it could've been scripted. this segment basically sums up tim and eric awesome show perfectly: a bunch of random, weird, impossible to process short sketches that are supposed to make the viewer feel as uncomfortable as possible.

Their sketches are usually a lot more deceivingly smart.

yeah, but for every deceivingly smart skit there's another one that's intentionally juvenile, gross or stupid just for the hell of it. every morning meditation is like that.
