^^^ Yeah, that metallic device he has posed with the dead balls is called an elastrator. It stretches a super strong rubber band around your testicles. After 12 hours you can cut them off without any pain or bleeding (They're completely dead then, although permanent damage will occur within 1 to 6 hours).
