While that dude was not doing anything legal by smashing a windshield, trying to kill him in response was fucking STUPID. Straight up attempted murder in my opinion, but at the very least it's assault with a deadly weapon. Charges you don't need on your record.

If you're going to kill someone, make it legal man. He could have totally busted the dude and laughed as he went to jail. Instead he'll face far worse charges than the guy he ran down ever will.

Also, the dude should have kept going. Why he decided to cross back in front of the vehicle is beyond me. Smash windshield, continue in the same direction, go BEHIND car, profit.
