cookie cutter - architectural design that lacks variation where every home only has minor variations from the other homes in the area.

suburbs - outside of the an area of industry and commerce that is predominately residential

Cookie cutter to me are those homes at Tryon/South Saunders behind cookout. Idk the name of that neighborhood. Its the one where all the houses are literally exactly the same. The only differences are like bay windows, doors, etc. Biggest thing that denotes cookiecutter homes to me aren't even that the styles are all the same, but that the lots are fucking tiny. If i was rich i'd much rather have the same size home 10 miles down 70 in clayton that would cost me a fuck ton less and get a shit ton more land compared to like 0.1 Acres

I live only a mile or two from North Hills and I think there is a good mix of people in that area. The Cameron Village/ITB/Broughton ppl seem to be at either extreme of the socio-economic spectrum (homeless/trendy-poor or extremely wealthy) The North Hills "Midtown" area has more ppl in the middle class. The Food Lion I shop at up Six forks is a great example of this diversity. Thank you.
