No, not if its a chartered route and the people paying for it elect to use it themselves. Tonight it's chartered as a service to the students so they can have a safe ride home.

All of the normal wolfline routes are open to the public. Chartered routes are not.

?? Wolflines are only available for chartering by oncampus organizations (Greek organizations, clubs, etc) so yeah if my organization chartered it for its personal use then we would have the right to turn people away even if they did have their ID.

This is a chartered route but anybody can get on.
