I agree; however, nearly any mention of these results in protests and cries of racism from the left. For example, take Arizona's new law... it's over the top; however, a law that says if someone is charged with committing a crime and they can't produce identification (at all; not just on the spot) then that would give reasonable suspicion to look into their citizenship/visa/etc. status and should it be discovered that the person is here illegally, then deportation should be on the table as a means of punishment.

As for border control; I have no problem with temporary detention and then deportation of illegal crossers and that deadly force is only used when appropriate (i.e. to prevent serious injury, sexual assault, or death of another)
