I have nearly 200 pleasant activities on my refrigerator that was a handout in a therapy group I attend. A few favorites are:-laughing-reading-wearing sexy clothes-thinking about buying things-having family gatherings-singing-saying 'I love you'-watching kids play-sex, thinking about sex, erotica, masturbating-going to the beauty parlor-lunch with a friend-knitting-talking on the phone-listening to the radio-playing with animals-making lists

I'm one of those types that never really gets too high or too low, so it's tough for me to relate. I will say that playing with my dog is usually a good way for me to unwind after work and I always feel pretty good after we go for a walk or play fetch.
