No not really. Eating usually helps me. But I don't show it.

but if you ever have a panic attack coming on and you can feel it....go somewhere private and hold your breath for like 15-20 seconds.

Alcohol and food are always great....but I took a pilates class a few years ago and it was the best stress reliever I've found. We did like meditation type stuff too which I was always skeptical about until I did it. I still do pilates a few times a week on my own and it seems to relieve a lot of tension.

my stress usually ends up as a stomachache and a clenched throat; the other symptoms aren't as bad for me

Without the normal responses of sex, drugs and binge drinking I would definitely say working out, having a glass of wine or watching a movie or show that gets you super engrossed.

Let's see... I've had to combine a bunch of different tactics for this to really work. The only thing that finally worked was a low dose of an anti depressant. It just nixed the anxiety for the most part, and the rest I can control.

For the bad nights, pursuing the use of alcohol, melatonin supplements, fapping, extremely loud or trippy and quiet music, or exercising until you can't walk will usually fix the problem.

I recommend a sub-lingual version of an antidepressant/antianxiety med like klonopin or ativan; sub-lingual works great for flare ups .
