It is the third and final debate they have participated in and will likely be the most contentious of the 3 now that a few differences in the candidates have been flushed out, and because we are so close to the election. The election day itself is 1 week away on June 22. Early voting is already underway. In Wake County that is happening at the Wake County Board of Elections at 337 S. Salisbury St. The remaining chances to early vote are 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. on Wed, Thurs, & Friday, and 10 a.m.–1 p.m. on Sat.

Independents and Democrats can vote in this primary runoff. Unlike some other states, you do NOT have to have voted in the first round of the primary to be allowed to vote in the primary... so any Indy or Dem can vote whether or not they did the first time.
