I listen to music that reflects the mood I am in.I also try to find something to keep my mind busy. Watching TV or doing work best helps with that.

i usually put on some music that bring back fun memories, ie. boombox, benny benassi, smashing pumpkins, black keys, KoL, really any show i've been to or songs that were on a trip playlist i made.i also cook...it helps me calm downa trip to the gym by myselfand sometimes, when i'm really down a little retail therapy...which is a terrible habit, i knowdogs always make me feel better...just their presence makes me *ahhhh* [Edited on June 23, 2010 at 9:05 AM.
